Records will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship between Blue Square Property Investments (Pty) Ltd and the Customers; plus and additional period of 5 years following the termination of the contractual relationship between Blue Square Property Investments (Pty) Ltd and their Customers; or a period required for Blue Square Property Investments (Pty) Ltd to comply with other legislation, like SARS and tax legislation, or a period specified by the Customer at the time of termination of the contractual relationship between Blue Square Property Investments (Pty) Ltd and the Customer, which will not be less than such period required to comply with other legislation, like SARS and tax legislation.
